PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food weighing apparatus with improved weighing efficiency capable of decreasing a weighing error by stabilizing an outflow state of a string-like foods such as boiled noodles from a hopper to a weighing container, and method for producing frozen foods.SOLUTION: A food weighing apparatus 10 includes weighing means 40 including a weighing container 41 in which boiled noodles and liquid flowing out from a second outflow port 22 of a second hopper 20 provided with the second outflow port 22 at a bottom part 21； and inflow guide means 80 including a flow passage component 91, of which a height E of a peripheral wall is smaller than a diameter Dof an inflow-side opening 85. The flow passage component 91 of the inflow guide means 80 is disposed between the second hopper 20 and the weighing container 41 so as to enhance the speed in such a state as to stabilize the food outflow state to the weighing container 41, thereby improving the weighing efficiency, while suppressing a weighing error.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
