The invention relates to the field of medicine, and more particularly to gastroenterology and toxicology, inter alia, and can be used for whole bowel irrigation and/or for correcting homeostatic disruptions. To prepare an acid-mineral composition and an enteral solution the following are used: a mixture of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium salts in an amount that provides for a mineralization of the enteral solution of from 10.7 g to 14.0 g per litre of solution； polyamino polycarboxylic acids or sodium salts thereof in an amount that prevents the formation of insoluble salts of calcium and magnesium in the solution； and also short-chain carboxylic fatty acids (lactic acid, butyric acid and propionic acid) and citric acid in a total amount sufficient to maintain a pH of 4.61-5.8 in the solution. As a solvent for preparing the enteral solution, purified drinking water is used in an amount that provides an osmotic concentration of 280-310 mOsm/l and a pH of 4.61-5 in the solution. The proposed composition provides for a solution which has a long shelf-life (more than 1 year) and which retains its properties when heated, and allows a reduction in the time taken for regeneration of the gastrointestinal mucosa.L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine, notamment de la gastro-entérologie de la toxicologie et autres, et peut être utilisée afin d'effectuer un lavement intestinal et /ou une correction entérale d'un trouble de l'homéostase.
