A radius table assembly is usually a support table that defines a surface sized to support a patient's limb, a joint attached to the distal end of the support table, and is radiolucent. And a cradle member that is pivotally connected to the support base at a position proximate to the joint portion that extends a certain distance from the support base. In other variations, the joint can be configured with respect to the support so that the inclined edges are opposite to the support.
