PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mosquito repellant device that prevents wetting by rainwater and that facilitates extinguishing of a mosquito coil.SOLUTION: The mosquito repellant device includes: a base 11 in which at least the upper internal appearance is formed circularly in the cross section and in which one or more discharging holes are formed in the upper side wall surface a cylindrical pan 12 which has an engaging receiving piece 12C installed inside, with a mosquito coil 14 placed or held in the inner bottom, which has a vertical wall face in the outer periphery, with one or more diffusion holes 12B of insecticidal component on the vertical wall face, and which is rotatably fitted inside the base and, by the rotation, the one or more diffusion holes of insecticidal component are made to coincide with the one or more diffusion holes 11B of insecticidal component in the base and an upper lid 13 which has an engaging hook 13C installed inside and externally fitted to the base rotatably and in the manner making a space with the cylindrical pan hermetically sealable, and which, by the rotation, makes the engaging hook 13C engaged with the engaging receiving piece of the cylindrical pan to rotate the cylindrical pan.
