PURPOSE: To provide a tablet suitably used as a carbon dioxide bathing agent for shower, which can remove chlorine contained in tap water extremely effectively as compared with conventional tablets, such as bathing agents, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.CONSTITUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a tablet, the method comprising adding a mixture B in which 1/100 to 2/3 of organic acid and polyethylene glycol are mixed or granulated with C6 to C18 alkanesulfonate and/or olefin sulfonate to a mixture A bicarbonate (sodium hydrogencarbonate or potassium hydrogencarbonate) is mixed or granulated in the presence of polyethylene glycol. After mixing, both the mixtures A and B are compression-molded. In the method, at least one selected from specific chlorine neutralizing compounds is contained in at least one of the mixtures A and B. The tablet is subjected to compression-molding so that, after dissolving 15 grams of the tablet per liter of water, the resulting aqueous solution has a pH of 5.0 to 8.5, the tablet hardness is 15 kg or more, especially 28 kg or more, and tablet friability is 5.0 wt.% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None【目的】従来の入浴剤等の錠剤に比べて水道水に含まれている塩素を極めて有効に除去することができる、シャワー用炭酸ガス入浴剤として適切な錠剤及びその製造方法を提供する。【構成】ポリエチレングリコールの存在下に重炭酸塩（炭酸水素ナトリウム又は炭酸水素カリウム)を混合または造粒した混合物Ａに対し、1/100から2/3の有機酸及びポリエチレングリコールと炭素数6から18のアルカンスルホン酸塩及びまたはオレフィンスルホン酸塩とを混合または造粒した混合物Ｂを加え、このＡ、Ｂ両者を混合後圧縮成形する錠剤の製造方法であって、 前記Ａ、Ｂの少なくとも一方に、特定の塩素中和化合物から選ばれる少なくとも１つを含有させ、且つ錠剤を水１リッターあたり15グラム溶解した後の水溶液のpHが5.0から8.5であり、錠剤硬度が15kg以上、特に28kg以上となるように、しかも錠剤摩損度が5.0wt%以下となるように錠剤を圧縮成形すること。【選択図】 なし
