PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet which can stably contain sarpogrelate hydrochloride for a long period.SOLUTION: This tablet prepared by charging sarpogrelate hydrochloride and additives for medicines into a granulation machine, adding a binder liquid comprising a binder and water to the mixture, granulating the mixture, drying, mixing the obtained granules with a lubricant, and then tableting the mixture is characterized by using calcium stearate as the lubricant. The tablet may be a coated tablet prepared by charging the table into a coating machine and then spraying a mixture liquid comprising hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, titanium oxide, talc, ethanol and water to form a coating layer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】塩酸サルポグレラートを長期間安定に含有することができる錠剤を提供すること。【解決手段】塩酸サルポグレラートと製剤上の添加物を造粒機に投入し、これに結合剤と水を混合した結合液を添加して造粒後、乾燥して得られた顆粒を滑沢剤とともに混合した後、打錠してなる錠剤において、滑沢剤としてステアリン酸カルシウムを用いることを特徴とする錠剤を提供する。この錠剤は、コーティング機に投入し、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、酸化チタン、タルク、エタノール及び水からなる混合液を噴霧し、被覆層を形成した被覆錠としてもよい。【選択図】なし。
