The subject matter of the invention is a carboxylic acid-based pharmaceutical composition, for treating hyperkeratoses, characterized in that it contains a mixture, in therapeutically effective amount, of lactic acid, salicylic acid and formic acid, in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Use in particular for treating warts, especially deep warts.
