The present invention related to a preparation and production flow process for health beverage and application equipment used therein wherein the preparation and production flow process comprises processes, in sequence, of material cleaning, surface treatment, split and extraction, essence concentration, inoculation and fermentation, system filling, penetration and sterilization, test and packing of final products. First, collect the material clean up impurity substances on the surface. Next, apply the surface treatment have the moisture on the surface to evaporate extract juice from the material through the spilt and extraction equipment afterward. Then, separate the small fragments from juice through the essence concentration equipment in order to retain the best essence part of juice. Next, feed the retained juice into the inoculation and fermentation equipment for fermentation, followed by the process of system filling of the fermented juice and sealing the container to complete the preliminary finished product.
