PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a candesartan cilexetil formulation that a steric structure of a crystal breaks in a production step such as tableting to decrease the stability of an active ingredient, that the decrease in the stability of the active ingredient causes generation of an analogue, resulting in decrease in the content of the active ingredient, and that a stable therapeutic effect may not be obtained after the formulation is stored for a long time, and therefore, to stabilize an active ingredient in a candesartan cilexetil formulation.SOLUTION: A drug composition having excellent storage stability in which the content of an active ingredient is stabilized for a long time can be obtained by incorporating a lower alcohol into a candesartan cilexetil formulation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】カンデサルタンシレキセチル製剤は、打錠等の製造工程の際に結晶の立体構造が崩れ、有効成分の安定性が低下することが知られていた。有効成分の安定性低下は、類縁物質発生の原因となり、有効成分の含有量低下に繋がる。このことから、長期保存後では、安定した治療効果が得られなくことが懸念される。従って、カンデサルタンシレキセチル製剤における有効成分の安定化が求められていた。【解決手段】カンデサルタンシレキセチル製剤に低級アルコールを含有させることで、保存安定性に優れ、長期間に渡って有効成分含有量が安定した薬物組成物を提供するができる。これにより、上述の課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
