PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsion composition stably containing ceramides and also high in stability, a method for producing the same, and a cosmetic containing the same.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water emulsion composition can be provided which can stably emulsify ceramide by containing ceramide (a), &alpha-tocopheryl phosphate and/or its salt (b) and batyl alcohol (c), and is excellent in high temperature stability. Further, in the range of the content of the component (a) of 0.01-3.0 mass%, the content of the component (b) of 0.05-5 mass% and the content of the component (c) of 0.1-10 mass%, particularly excellent effect can be created. When the component (a) includes ceramide, and the component (b) includes a monoester, a sodium salt, a disodium salt, a potassium salt, dipotassium salt or the like, or a monoethanolamine or a triethanolamine, a further excellent result is obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の課題は、セラミド類を安定に含有し、かつ安定性が高い水中油型乳化組成物、その製造法及びそれを含有する化粧料を提供することにある。【解決手段】(a)セラミド、(b)α-トコフェリルリン酸エステルおよび/またはその塩、(c)バチルアルコール を含有することによりセラミドを安定に乳化でき高温安定性に優れた水中油型乳化組成物を提供できる。また(a)成分の含有量が0.01~3.0質量%、(b)成分の含有量が0.05~5質量%、(c)成分の含有量が0.1~10質量%の範囲においては特に優れた効果を創出できる。(a)成分がセラミド、(b)成分がモノエステル、ナトリウム塩、ジナトリウム塩、カリウム塩、ジカリウム塩等またはモノエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン を選択した場合にはさらに良い結果を得られる。【選択図】なし
