PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gatch bed mattress capable of preventing slippage to a bed longitudinal direction in back-raising operation by a bed user lying on the mattress of a gatch bed.SOLUTION: A gatch bed mattress is such that since the waist of a bed user is supported by a soft third member 6, and the thigh is supported by a hard auxiliary material (fourth member 5) in a mattress body 1, relatively, the waist of the bed user lying on the mattress slightly sinks, but the thigh supported by the hard material hardly sinks. As a result of this, even when a back bottom is lifted, and back-raising operation is performed, the body of the user is prevented from slipping to a bed longitudinal direction (foot direction) with respect to the mattress. Since slip resistance is provided on an undersurface of a cover covering the mattress body so as to prevent the mattress from sliding between a leg part bottom, the mattress is prevented from slipping to the bed longitudinal direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】ギャッチベッドのマットレス上に横臥するベッド使用者の背上げ動作時のベッド長手方向へのずれを防止することができるギャッチベッド用マットレスを提供する。【解決手段】マットレス本体1は、ベッド使用者の腰部が軟らかい第3部材6により支持され、大腿部が硬い補助材(第4部材5)により支持されるようになっているので、マットレス上に横臥するベッド使用者は、相対的に、その腰が若干沈むものの、大腿部は硬い素材に支持されて沈みにくい。このため、背ボトムが上昇して、背上げ動作が行われても、使用者の身体が、マットレスに対してベッド長手方向(足元方向)にずれてしまうことはない。また、マットレス本体を被包するカバーの下面には、脚部ボトムとの間でマットレスが滑動してしまわないように、滑り止めが設けられているので、マットレスもベッド長手方向にずれることはない。【選択図】図1
