PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body expander that enables a user to stretch the body without making a great effort.SOLUTION: The body expander 10 is used in a manner that the user rides on it with the face up for the purpose of stretching the users body. The body expander includes: a bed part 11 on which the user places from the bust to the thigh and an under-knee support part 12 which is connected to the bed part 11 and on which the user places at least partially below the knee. The bed part 11 comprises: a base 13 a floor part 14 for the bust and a floor part 15 for the thigh, which are independently and slidably provided in the direction of the users back respectively for the purpose of placing the users bust and the thigh on the front side of the bed part 13. The under-knee support part 12 is configured to be rotatable around a shank 27 installed in the connection section with the bed part 11.
