A device for liquid sample filtration is disclosed. The device includes a sample accommodating portion, a filtering portion and a collecting portion. The filtering portion includes a channel and a filtering film. The channel and the sample accommodating portion are connected. The filtering film includes a plurality of holes. The channel is stacked on the filtering film. The liquid sample contacts with the filtering film when flowing through the channel. The collecting portion is disposed on the other side of the filtering film corresponding to the channel and connects with the channel via the holes. The device in accordance with the present invention is advantageous in disposability and low volume of the liquid sample.
