PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling apparatus capable of preheating a little cold water to be added to prevent boiling over by using a thermal energy that has been disposed of so far.SOLUTION: The noodle boiling apparatus includes a hot water tank 2 the inside of which serves as a hot water storage space, and into which strainers 4 can be inserted a heater for heating the hot water tank a cold water supply 5 for adding cold water to the hot water tank and a panel having openings 61 through which the strainers are inserted.
