This invention provides a sterilizing cabinet which is composed of a frame body having a connection portion for connection with an external chamber, a sterilizing gas generating device and a sterilizing chamber and sterilizing gas supplying circuits. The sterilizing chamber has a first door for allowing an article to be sterilized to be placed in and taken out from the sterilizing chamber, a second door provided on the connection portion for communication with the external chamber, and a sterilizing gas inlet port for introducing the steriling gas generated by the sterilizing gas generating device to the sterilizing chamber. The sterilizing gas supplying circuits includes a first sterilizing gas supplying circuit for supplying the sterilizing gas generated by the sterilizing gas generating device to the sterilizing gas inlet port of the sterilizing chamber, and a second sterilizing gas supplying circuit having one end provided with an output port for supplying the sterilizing gas generated by the sterilizing gas generating device to the external chamber.
