PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air trap chamber which can adjust a relative angle between an opening shaft of a lead-out port and an opening shaft of an introduction port to a preset design value.SOLUTION: An air trap chamber 10 includes a cap 20 and a housing 30. The cap 20 is provided with an introduction port 24 on one end, a first connection flange 27 having an inner peripheral surface (first mating surface) with a circular cross section on the other end, and an opening shaft C1 of the introduction port 24 outside the shaft of a central shaft C3 of the inner peripheral surface. The housing 30 is provided with a second connection flange 32 having an outer peripheral surface 32A (second mating surface) with a circular cross section mated to the inner peripheral surface on one end, a lead-out port 31 on the other end, and an opening shaft C2 of the lead-out port 31 outside the shaft of the central shaft C3 of the outer peripheral surface 32A.
