PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten and stabilize washing time with sure washing effects and suppress foams generated in agitation washing to automate a taking out operation to a succeeding step and save water.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a washing apparatus carrying out washing by agitating things to be washed, in which a throw-in port 2, a discharge port 5 capable of being opened and shut by a shutter 15 and a take-out port 3 are equipped to a U-shaped crosssectional washing tank 1 having a semi-circular cylindrical face with a horizontal rotary shaft 7 as a center and a bottom face bored with small water-discharge holes 17. Agitation plates 8 are fixed to the rotary shaft in a spiral arrangement. Overflows 13 having a dam shape for holding a washing water level and a drainpipe 12 for assisting discharge of the things to be washed in taking out the same after finishing the washing are disposed in the apparatus.【課題】確実な洗浄効果で洗浄時間を短縮、安定させ、撹拌洗浄で発生する泡を抑制し、次工程への取り出しの自動化、節水を図る。【解決手段】被洗浄物を水の中で撹拌させて洗浄を行う洗浄装置であって、水平な回転軸７を中心とする半円筒面で小さな排水穴１７があけられた底面とする断面がＵ字形状の洗浄槽１には、投入口２、シャッター１５で開閉できる排出口１５と取出口３が設けられている。回転軸には撹拌板８が、螺旋状に配列させて取り付けられている、洗浄水位の保持に堰の形態のオーバーフロー１３と、洗浄完了後の取り出し時の被洗浄物の排出を補助する放水管１２を備えている。【選択図】図１
