PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system which copes with the variation of an irradiation area without lowering image quality and is reduced in the time needed for switching an irradiation field.SOLUTION: The imaging system includes a detector 104 for outputting image data corresponding to radiation or light and an image processing part 601 for performing the image processing of the image data. The detector 104 includes a first area to be irradiated in the irradiation field A and a second area which is an area to be irradiated in the irradiation field B excluding the first area.
