PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a two-dimensional radiation detector of a radiographic apparatus, wherein accurate calibration data cannot be created when a foreign object adheres on the two-dimensional radiation detector when the calibration data are created.SOLUTION: An image processing part adds calibration irradiation data when the last calibration is implemented to the calibration irradiation data acquired this time and averages the added calibration irradiation data, and pixels to which the foreign object adheres are detected based on the determination with a threshold. Then, an operator is warned to remove the foreign object. When the foreign object can not be removed, the pixels with the foreign object are complemented by replacing the pixels with adjacent normal pixels.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線撮像装置の2次元放射線検出器において、キャリブレーションデータ作成時に、異物が2次元放射線検出器上に付着していた場合、正確なキャリブレーションデータを作成することができなかった。【解決手段】画像処理部にて、前回キャリブレーションを実施した時のキャリブレーション照射データと今回新たに取得したキャリブレーション照射データとを加算平均処理して、閾値で判別することにより、異物が付着した画素を検出し、異物を取り除くようにオペレータに警告する。異物が除去できない場合には、隣接する正常な画素との置き換えなどにて異物が付着した画素を補完する。【選択図】図4
