PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel seat body and a reel seat as well as a fishing rod in which the bonding strength with a rod body can be improved.SOLUTION: A reel seat body 1 is provided with a rod insertion hole 2 to which a rod body is inserted and made by injection molding. A wall surface of the rod insertion hole 2 includes a circumferential surface part 20 being a large gradient part having a relatively large draft angle, and a plane part 21 being a small gradient part having a relatively small draft angle. The circumferential surface part 20 has a circular arc-shape in a cross-sectional view centering on a central line 2a of the rod insertion hole 2, and multiple circumferential surface parts are formed in the circumferential direction at intervals.
