PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fishing rod and its manufacturing method in which the assembling work can efficiently be performed without performing the work to fill the gap between the rod and the reel seat.SOLUTION: A rigid foam resin is filled in a through-hole H between a reel seat 20 and a grip 30, and after curing, an insertion hole is drilled in the rigid foam resin and a rod 10 is press-fitted in the insertion hole. Thereby, the reel seat 20 and the grip 30 can be attached easily and reliably to the rod 10, and therefore the need for using a conventional kite string and a tape is eliminated and the effective assembling work can be performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】ロッドとリールシートとのギャップを埋めるための作業を行うことなく、効率的に組み立て作業を行うことができる新規な釣り竿およびその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】リールシート20およびグリップ30の貫通孔Hに硬質発泡樹脂を充填し、硬化後、その硬質発泡樹脂に挿通孔を穿孔してその挿通孔内にロッド10を圧入する。これによって、リールシート20およびグリップ30をロッド10に対して容易かつ確実に取り付けることができるため、従来の凧糸やテープを用いる必要がなくなって効率的な組み立て作業を行うことができる。【選択図】図2
