PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top guide, a fishing rod, and a guide frame capable of solving problems such as corrosion which occurs on a joint part of members and yarn twisting, securing required intensity, and achieving further weight reduction.SOLUTION: There is provided a top guide which is attached to and fixed to a tip part of a rod body, which comprises a guide ring for guiding a fishing line and a metallic guide frame 3 for holding the guide ring. The guide frame 3 comprises: an attachment part 11 on which a rod insertion hole 13 is formed, the rod insertion hole having axial direction dimension being longer than diameter, and the rod body is inserted and fixed to the rod insertion hole 13 and a ring holding part 12 on which a ring attachment hole 10 is formed and which holds the guide ring on a wall face of the ring attachment hole 10.
