PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a seedling production method by steps of top cutting off of two-crop seedlings, a plurality of cuts of seedling, parallel perform of grafting and cutting, cutting off of side sprout top, pruning operation, etc., of seedlings and enable production of one seedling having high commercializing ratio of seedling, capable of reducing production cost price, preventing soilborne disease, healthfully extending branches of tomato and solanum from the seedling, heavily bearing both fruits and having bright fruit color, high yield and admirably bearing fruits of tomato and eggplant. SOLUTION: The tips of tomato and eggplant seedlings are extirpated and a plurality of seedlings in which side sprouts are grown from the base of leaf and cut parts containing side sprouts are joined to each other and seedlings grafted to solanum are prepared by using tomato as rootstock and extension balance control of tomato branch is carried out by cutting of branch tips and seedlings before sale are adequately pruned.
