The present invention relates to a method for growing bean sprouts using hovenia dulcis. More specifically, the method comprises a bean sprout seed washing step of washing seeds to be sprouted by using a hovenia dulcis mixture mixed with a hovenia dulcis raw liquid and water at a weight ratio of 1:3； a bean sprout seed dipping step of dipping the washed bean sprout seeds in the hovenia dulcis mixture for 10-12 hours； a bean sprout seed drying step of drying the dipped bean sprout bean at room temperature for 4-5 hours； a hovenia dulcis branch and bean sprout seed arranging step of arranging hovenia dulcis branches in the bottom of a growing container and leaving the dried bean sprout seeds in the top of the growing container； and a hovenia dulcis mixture spraying step of spraying the hovenia dulcis mixture to the growing container for 4-6 minutes at time intervals of 5-6 hours for 3-4 days so as to grow bean sprouts and simultaneously spraying the hovenia dulcis mixture and a collected mixture which is collected from the growing container after the hovenia dulcis mixture is primarily sprayed. Accordingly, the content of hovenia dulcis active ingredients is increased as the bean sprout grows.본 발명은 헛개나무를 이용한 콩나물 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 헛개나무 원액과 물을 1:3의 중량비로 혼합한 헛개나무 혼합액으로 발아될 콩나물 콩을 세척하는 콩나물 콩 세척 단계, 세척된 상기 콩나물 콩을 상기 헛개나무 혼합액에 10~12시간 동안 수침하는 콩나물 콩 수침 단계, 수침된 상기 콩나물 콩을 상온에서 4~5 시간 건조시키는 콩나물 콩 건조 단계, 재배용기의 하부에 헛개나무 가지를 안치하고, 상기 재배용기 상부에 건조된 상기 콩나물콩을 안치하는 헛개나무 가지 및 콩나물 콩 안치 단계 및 상기 재배용기에 상기 헛개나무 혼합액을 3~4일 동안에 5~6시간 간격으로 4~6분 동안 살수하여 콩나물을 재배하되, 최초로 상기 헛개나무 혼합액을 살수한 이후에는 상기 재배용기로부터 회수되는 회수 혼합액과 상기 헛개나무 혼합액을 동시에 살수하는 헛개나무 혼합액 살수 단계를 포함하여, 성장할수록 헛개나무 유효성분의 함유량이 증가되는 효과가 있는 헛개나무를 이용한 콩나물 재배방법에 관한 것이다.
