An interposer with a spring on the surface is disclosed. The spring may apply a force to the surface of the component adjacent to the interposer. The interposer can be secured to this surface by fasteners. The fastener may be offset from the center of the interposer. The fastener may be a lever fulcrum that includes an interposer and a spring. The spring may cause an increased amount of pressure to be applied to a portion of the interposer on the other side across the fastener from the spring against the surface to which the interposer is secured.
