PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for forming an esophageal fistula that enables accurate puncture work by reflecting an ultrasonic wave to indicate a puncture area properly, and enhancing the visibility of the reflection wave.SOLUTION: An instrument for forming an esophageal fistula is used for puncturing of a guide needle for passing a guide wire for forming an esophageal fistula. The instrument for forming an esophageal fistula includes a flexible tube 2, a reflection member 3 connected to the tube 2 for reflecting an ultrasonic wave percutaneously irradiated, and a balloon 4 for covering at least part of the reflection member 3 and being punctured with the guide needle.
