PURPOSE: A waste plastic film collecting apparatus for a plastic greenhouse is provided to increase the lifetime of a belt by preventing the sagging of the belt, and to improve the efficiency of collecting waste plastic film. CONSTITUTION: A waste plastic film collecting apparatus for a plastic greenhouse comprises the following: a body(18) including a motor(11) on the upper side for connecting a driving pulley(12); a driven shaft located inside the body for connecting a driven pulley(13) to the driving pulley; a pulley clutch formed on one side of the driven pulley; a reciprocating clutch coping with the pulley clutch, fixed to the driven shaft using a key; a hooking groove formed on the outer surface of the reciprocating clutch; a lever(22) formed by extending a hook to a lever change hole(25) on the body using a connection bar; and a winding-rod rod(41) formed on one side of the driven shaft.
