PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological ultrasonic diagnostic system which can enhance the prevention of infection in the removal of an attachment as well along with the hygienic preservation of a probe.
SOLUTION: The ophthalmological ultrasonic diagnostic system has an ultrasonic probe adapted to be kept in contact with the main body of the system and eyes of patients and processes reflection echos from ocular tissues received with the ultrasonic probe to obtain information on the tissues within the eye balls. It is provided with a tray for placing the ultrasonic probe with a shape of the bottom part that allows it to be detachably fitted into a hollow part formed in the main body of the system and the tray is made of a material that enables the sterilization treatment of the tray and used being replaced with another tray used.
