A method of treating a user''s face while wearing a treatment system is disclosed. The treatment system includes a flexible film and circuitry disposed on or within the flexible film. The method includes conformally placing a flexible film over a user ' s face and applying radio frequency (RF) waves generated by the circuit onto the skin of the face. The method eliminates the need for the user (or a third party operator) to manually maintain the device.
