PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment liquid used in immersion storage of a transplanted organ or cleaning of a transplanted organ before storage or during reperfusion, which allows prolongation of the storage time and alleviates damage of the organ.SOLUTION: In a treatment liquid for storage or cleaning of a transplanted organ using nitrogen water, the solvent of the treatment liquid is nitrogen water formed by dissolving nitrogen gas in water to reduce the amount of oxygen dissolved. A method of preparing the treatment liquid for storage or cleaning of a transplanted organ includes a step of dissolving a composition consisting of a plurality of ingredient substances which are to be solutes in the treatment liquid in a liquid to be a solvent in the treatment liquid, and the liquid to be the solvent is nitrogen water formed by dissolving nitrogen gas in water to reduce the amount of oxygen dissolved.【課題】移植臓器の浸漬保存に用いる処理液、又は、保存前若しくは再灌流時の洗浄に用いる処理液において、従来よりも保存時間を延長できかつ臓器の障害を軽減できるものを提供する。【解決手段】窒素水を用いた移植臓器の保存用又は洗浄用の処理液において、前記処理液の溶媒が、水に窒素ガスを溶解させて酸素溶存量を減少させて生成した窒素水である。移植臓器の保存用又は洗浄用の処理液の調製方法において、前記処理液の溶質となる複数の成分物質からなる組成物を、前記処理液の溶媒となる液体に溶解させる工程を有し、前記溶媒となる液体は、水に窒素ガスを溶解させて酸素溶存量を減少させて生成した窒素水である。【選択図】図１
