The present invention relates to a non-destructive evaluation method for stress corrosion cracking of a metal alloy structural material, and a residual life evaluation method for the metal structural material and, more specifically, to an evaluation method for stress corrosion cracking of a metal alloy structural material, which measures the changes in the properties of a metal alloy structure material for a nuclear plant according to the ordering of the alloy atoms. The properties being measured is one or more selected from a group comprising hardness, resistivity, and thermal conductivity.
