This invention discloses a medical management system having radio frequency identification (RFID), which installs RFID devices in container devices that store a plurality of vaccines or blood storages. The RFID devices store information of the vaccines and the blood storages and sense the environmental changes in the container devices through sensing chips and therefore generate corresponding sensing values. A reader is used to read the information and sensing values stored in the RFID devices through an antenna, store the information and sensing values, and transmit them to at least an electronic device for monitoring management.
