PURPOSE: A road guide system for the visually impaired is provided to simply and efficiently offer a road guide service to the visually impaired even without a GPS system or even if a RFID tag installed in a road block for the visually impaired does not include location data.CONSTITUTION: A road guide system for the visually impaired includes multiple RFID tags which are mounted on sidewalk blocks for the visually impaired and a stick for the visually impaired which includes a RFID reader which reads data from the RFID tag.
