PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reviving environment which decomposes pollutants and reduces CO2in the atmosphere. SOLUTION: The environmental reanimation is realized by the following steps including (1)-(3): (1) in a step of placing a mixture of a host material for microorganisms with a group of bacteria including an anaerobic bacteria containing a photosynthesis bacteria and a fermentative bacteria and an aerobic bacteria of complementary relationship to the anaerobic bacteria as for nutrition and respiration in the groove part of the soil, (2) a step of covering the mixture with soil, and (3) a step of accelerating the decomposing of pollutants by the anaerobic bacteria and the photosynthesis bacteria by activation of the group of the bacteria through irradiating the mixture with an electromagnetic wave.
