There is provided a mix for frozen confectionery having content of HHH of 3 to 32 mass% in the oil and fat. There is provided a mix for frozen confectionery having content of H2U of 18 to 60 mass% in the oil and fat. There is provided a mix for frozen confectionery having the content of HU2 of 7 to 46 mass% in the oil and fat.
