PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation irradiation device capable of capturing an image in a flexible manner while accommodating a radiation detector.SOLUTION: A radiation irradiation device includes a leg part, a radiation source part, an arm part for supporting the radiation source part, and a body part 20 which is an arm support part for supporting the arm part.
