The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an anti-obesity functional tea containing fermented ginseng leaves, Eucommia ulmoides, and green tea as active ingredients and to an anti-obesity functional tea manufactured by the same. More particularly, the method for manufacturing an anti-obesity functional tea includes the steps of: fermenting ginseng leaves； drying and roasting the fermented ginseng leaves； drying and roasting Eucommia ulmoides； drying and roasting green tea； and mixing the roasted fermented ginseng leaves, Eucommia ulmoides, and green tea at a ratio of 3 : 4 : 3.
