PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably perform determination of an adjustment function of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic imaging apparatus of an embodiment is configured so that, a first optical system applies a first adjustment stimulation and a second adjustment stimulation to an eye to be examined by changing a visible distance of a target by the eye to be examined. A tomographic image formation part comprises a second optical system which divides a light from a light source into a signal light and a reference light, and detects an interference light of the signal light and the reference light which passed the eye to be examined, and forms a tomographic image of the eye to be examined from the detection result of the interference light. An optical system movement mechanism changes an angle formed by an optical axis of the first optical system and an optical axis of the second optical system. An analysis part compares a first tomographic image acquired by the tomographic image formation part about the eye to be examined to which the first adjustment stimulation is applied, with the second tomographic image acquired about the eye to be examined to which the second adjustment stimulation is applied, for acquiring change information which indicates change of a prescribed tissue of the eye to be examined following to change of the adjustment stimulation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】被検眼の調節機能の判定を好適に行う。【解決手段】実施形態の眼科撮影装置において、第１の光学系は、被検眼による視標の視認距離を変更することで被検眼に第１の調節刺激と第２の調節刺激を与える。断層像形成部は、光源からの光を信号光と参照光に分割し、被検眼を経由した信号光と参照光との干渉光を検出する第２の光学系を含み、干渉光の検出結果から被検眼の断層像を形成する。光学系移動機構は、第１の光学系の光軸と第２の光学系の光軸とがなす角度を変更する。解析部は、第１の調節刺激が与えられている状態の被検眼について断層像形成部により取得された第１の断層像と、第２の調節刺激が与えられている状態の被検眼について取得された第２の断層像とを比較することで、調節刺激の変化に伴う被検眼の所定組織の変化を示す変化情報を取得する。【選択図】図４
