PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic imaging apparatus which suitably performs determination of an adjustment function of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic imaging apparatus has a first optical system, a tomographic image formation unit, and an analysis unit. The first optical system gives a first adjustment stimulus and a second adjustment stimulus to an eye to be examined by changing a viewing distance of a target by the eye to be examined. The tomographic image formation unit includes a second optical system for dividing light from a light source into signal light and reference light and detecting interference light between the signal light and the reference light which have passed through the eye to be examined, and forms a tomographic image of the eye to be examined based on a detection result of the interference light. The analysis unit acquires change information indicating a change of a predetermined tissue of the eye to be examined due to a change in the adjustment stimulus by comparing a first tomographic image acquired by the tomographic image formation unit with regard to the eye to be examined in a state in which the first adjustment stimulus is given by the first optical system and a second tomographic image acquired by the tomographic image formation unit with regard to the eye to be examined in a state in which the second adjustment stimulus is given.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼の調節機能の判定を好適に行う眼科撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科撮影装置は、第1の光学系と、断層像形成部と、解析部とを有する。第1の光学系は、被検眼による視標の視認距離を変更することにより被検眼に第1の調節刺激および第2の調節刺激を与える。断層像形成部は、光源からの光を信号光と参照光とに分割し、被検眼を経由した信号光と参照光との干渉光を検出する第2の光学系を含み、干渉光の検出結果に基づいて被検眼の断層像を形成する。解析部は、第1の光学系により第1の調節刺激が与えられている状態の被検眼について断層像形成部により取得された第1の断層像と、第2の調節刺激が与えられている状態の被検眼について断層像形成部により取得された第2の断層像とを比較することにより、調節刺激の変化に伴う被検眼の所定組織の変化を示す変化情報を取得する。【選択図】図4
