The present invention relates to a method for preparing a gynecologic disorder alleviating beverage. The method includes: a pre-treatment step (a) of washing, chopping, and drying ivy trees (Dendropanax trifidus), rugosa roses (Rosa rugosa), and silkworm thorns (Cudrania tricuspidata) respectively; a step (b) of slightly grilling the ivy trees, rugosa roses, and silkworm thorns dried in step (a) at 250-350°;C for 0.5-1.5 seconds and roasting the ingredients at 130-200°;C for 20 to 40 minutes; a step (c) of aging the ivy trees, rugosa roses, and silkworm thorns roasted in step (b) respectively at a room temperature between 20 and 26°;C for two to seven days and drying the ingredients at 100 to 150°;C for 3-15 minutes for the second time; and a step (d) of bathing the ivy trees, rugosa roses, and silkworm thorns dried in step (c) to extract the active ingredients to filter and condense the extract; and a step (e) of mixing the extracts of the ivy trees, rugosa roses, and silkworm thorns condensed in step (d) to prepare the beverage. According to the present invention, the gynecologic disorder alleviating beverage has increased content of the active ingredients of the ivy trees, rugosa roses, and silkworm thorns to alleviate the gynecologic disorders such as irregular menstrual cycles, menstrual irregularity, and menstrual cramps. The present invention can also improve the color, taste, and flavor to enhance the palatability and consumer preference.
