PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole pushing device including many removable protrusions for pushing and stimulating an acupressure point and a reflex region of a sole, the sole pushing device that has a simple structure and can selectively push and stimulate many pushing points.SOLUTION: A pushing substrate 100 of a sole pushing device is formed by laminating a bottom plate 101, a piece of magnet suction plate 102, and a wooden substrate 103 forming multiple through-holes 105. Magnet parts 112 are fixed in the lower parts of protrusions 111 of multiple pressure projections 110. The pressure projections 110 are selectively inserted into the multiple through-holes 105 of the wooden substrate 103, and the lateral movement of the pressure projections 111 is inhibited.
