PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of easily adjusting the amount of seedlings taken from a seedling placing table by a planting device, and capable of sufficiently securing the planting depth of the planting device.SOLUTION: In the seedling transplanter, seedlings are taken from a seedling mat of the seedling placing table 39 of the seedling planting device 3 by a plurality of planting bodies 176 with the rotation of a planting driving mechanism which rotates within a planting drive case 171 with the driving force received from a power transmission mechanism 40 to which the driving force of a travelling vehicle 1 is transmitted.
