PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently move an internal organ blocking a surgery out of an operative field, highly efficiently and easily dispose an operation object site at an easy-to-operate site, and support an operative field securing of an abdominal wall suspension type.
SOLUTION: A body 10 is formed of a main trunk section 14 getting longer in the horizontal direction, comb-tooth sections 14a and 14b extending from the main trunk section 12 to the both upper/lower directions, and hook-shaped connection sections 16a and 16b extending from the left/right ends (parts including the comb-tooth sections 14a and 15b) of the main trunk section 12 and consisting of upper/lower hook bodies, and the body is formed into a bag body where all of the trunk section 12, the comb-tooth sections 14a and 14b and the connection sections 16a and 16b are communicated with one another. The bag-shaped body 10 is inserted into the abdominal cavity formed by, for example, an abdominal wall suspension device, air is inserted therein via a liquid feed tube 18a to inflate the bag body and secure the operative field of the abdominal cavity.
