PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological active granular matter having good granulation property, capable of suppressing discharge speed of the biological active material when it is dispersed to a seeding box, a rice paddy, and a dry field, and capable of performing discharge control for a long period.SOLUTION: The biological active granular matter includes: (A) a biological active material； and (B) a polyurethane resin obtained by reaction of (b1) an organic polyisocyanate and (b2) a polyol. The (b2) polyol includes a partial ester of a polyalcohol which is trivalent or higher valent and a higher fatty acid having carbon number of 8-24.【課題】 造粒性が良好であり、育苗箱、水田及び畑地に散布した時、生物活性物質の放出速度を抑制し、長期間にわたって放出制御される生物活性粒状物を提供すること。【解決手段】 （Ａ）生物活性物質及び（Ｂ）（ｂ１）有機ポリイソシアネートと（ｂ２）ポリオールとの反応により得られるポリウレタン樹脂を含有する生物活性粒状物であって、前記（ｂ２）ポリオールが、３価以上の多価アルコールと炭素数８～２４の高級脂肪酸との部分エステルを含有するものであることを特徴とする生物活性粒状物。【選択図】 なし
