PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence caused by scattered rays while reducing or eliminating data missing areas generated between pitches of the X-ray source in the radiography using a multi X-ray source.SOLUTION: The radiography unit has a multi X-ray generation part in which a plurality of X-ray focuses are arrayed in a two-dimensional manner with prescribed pitches in the first direction and a slit part which has a plurality of slit members installed facing each of the plurality of X-ray focuses. Each of the plurality of slit members has a plurality of slits arrayed in the first direction and forms a slice-like X-ray beam longitudinally in the second direction different from the first direction. A two-dimensional detection part detects the intensity of X rays on a detection surface of the respective X-ray beams formed. The radiography unit performs radiography at a plurality of positions while moving the multi X-ray generation part and the slit part by prescribed pitches in the first direction keeping a relative positional relationship and reconstructs an X-ray image based on the intensity of the X rays obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】マルチX線源を用いたX線撮影において、X線源のピッチ間に生じるデータ欠損領域を減少または解消するとともに、散乱線による影響を低減する。【解決手段】X線撮影装置は、第1の方向に所定のピッチを有して、複数のX線焦点が2次元状に配置されたマルチX線発生部と、複数のX線焦点の各々に対向設置された複数のスリット部材を有するスリット部とを有する。ここで、複数のスリット部材の各々は第1の方向に並ぶ複数のスリットを有し、複数のスリットの各々は第1の方向とは異なる第2の方向を長手方向とするスライス状のX線ビームを成型する。2次元検出部は、成形されたX線ビームの検出面におけるX線強度を検出する。X線撮影装置は、マルチX線発生部とスリット部とを、相対的な位置関係を保ちながら第1の方向へ、所定のピッチだけ移動する間の複数位置においてX線撮影を実行し、得られたX線強度に基づいてX線画像を再構成する。【選択図】 図1
