PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in using X rays while suppressing deterioration of the image quality of a reconstructed image in an X-ray CT apparatus.SOLUTION: An X-ray detection part has a structure portion where a collimator plate 271a is disposed only in the boundary of first and second X-ray detection elements 241a and 241b adjacent to each other in a channel direction without a collimator plate on either end on the outer side of the X-ray detection elements. Variation of X-ray projection data caused by the movement of the focal point of X rays is corrected based on the balance of output of the first and second X-ray detection elements 241a and 241b, wherein movement of a focal point of X rays in the channel direction of an X-ray source, that is, variation of the irradiation angle θ of X rays 81, is reflected.
