Disclosed is a device and method for diagnosing a blood circulation disturbance. A device for diagnosing a blood circulation disturbance according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a measuring unit for measuring a first signal and a second signal which are associated with a heartbeat of a patient at different points on the body of the patient； a matching unit for matching cycles of the measured first signal and the measured second signal； and a diagnosing unit for acquiring reference points included in the matched cycles of the first signal and the second signal and diagnosing a blood circulation disturbance of the patient by using a time difference between the acquired reference points.L'invention concerne un dispositif et une méthode permettant de diagnostiquer une perturbation de la circulation sanguine. Le dispositif permettant de diagnostiquer une perturbation de la circulation sanguine selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une unité de mesure qui mesure un premier signal et un second signal qui sont associés à une pulsation cardiaque d'un patient en différents points du corps dudit patient ； une unité d'appariement qui apparie les cycles du premier signal mesuré et du second signal mesuré ； et une unité de diagnostic qui acquiert des points de référence contenus dans les cycles appariés du premier signal et du second signal et diagnostique une perturbation de la circulation sanguine chez le patient sur la base d'une différence de temps entre les points de référence acquis.혈액 순환 장애 진단 장치 및 방법이 개시된다, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 혈액 순환 장애 진단 장치는 환자의 신체 중 서로 다른 두 지점에서 상기 환자의 심박동과 연관된 제1 신호 및 제2 신호를 측정하는 측정부； 상기 측정된 제1 신호 및 제2 신호의 사이클을 매칭시키는 매칭부； 및 상기 제1 신호 및 상기 제2 신호의 매칭된 상기 사이클에 포함되는 각각의 기준점을 획득하고, 획득된 상기 기준점들 사이의 시간차를 이용하여 상기 환자의 혈액 순환 장애를 진단하는 진단부를 포함한다.
