PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel diameter measurement device capable of correctly measuring the diameter of a blood vessel.SOLUTION: The blood vessel diameter measurement device includes a control circuit for calculating the outer diameter and the inner diameter of a blood vessel on the basis of arrival times from the sending of ultrasonic waves from three ultrasonic arrays 11 to the arrival of the ultrasonic waves at the ultrasonic arrays 11 after reflection against a blood vessel.
