PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder medicine dosing device capable of improving the capability of leveling a powder medicine while improving the humidity resistance by securing excellent sealing between a medicine receiving part and a medicine storage chamber.SOLUTION: The powder medicine dosing device includes: a sliding member 2 slidably housed and held inside a casing 1 and having a plurality of dimple-like recess grooves 19a as medicine receiving parts 19 on an upper surface 15b a holder member 3 disposed in such a state as layered from above on the sliding member and having the medicine storage chamber 23 and an opening 28 formed in the holder member to make the medicine storage chamber 23 appropriately communicate with the medicine receiving parts 19. A sealing member 45 is disposed in the rim of an opening of the holder member.
