PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder medicine dosing device capable of locking the sliding rotational operation of a sliding member when a user tries to hold the powder medicine dosing device upside down by mistake to use.SOLUTION: Restraining means for restraining the rotational sliding of the sliding member 2 includes: a storage hole 46 formed on the inner bottom of a bottom wall of a casing body 5 a restraining hole 48 formed at a position corresponding to the storage hole in the sliding member at a stand-by position a support groove 49 formed at a position corresponding to the restraining hole in a holder member and a metal ball 47 stored in the buried state in the storage hole.
